Artwork Instructions
1) Camera ready art:
black and white (no grayscale)
Photocopied or Faxed Art: Avoid sending
photocopies, faxes business cards and previously printed
T-shirts. These images will get distorted and lose quality
and will become time consuming to reproduce. Art charges
will generally apply if we must re-design from these
sources.
2) Digital art
a) digital work must be in eps format, formatted for
macintosh computers.
b) digital work can be emailed to: dartproducts@sbcglobal.net
or supply on burned cd
c) files must be in illustrator, photoshop or Freehand or
freehand programs
A pdf is acceptable.
Digital Images: web images are not acceptable as camera
ready art, including: Jpeg, Gif and bitmap
standard format guidlines: photoshop tiffs
or eps files, retraced with all paths complete, no broken
lines. Illustrator and Freehand EPS files with a thickness
no lesss than 2 points
Printer fonts must be converted to outlines or curves.
Solid colors must be either spot or cmyk, output at 100%
Halftone must have a dot frequency of 30-50 dots per inch,
angles at 30 degrees.

• Our designers can touch up and clean up designs for
printing.
